Rain Check Wash

Rain Checks are NOW available for Gold Packages or Higher ONLY (Diamond Shower Included)

  • 5 day Guarantee - if it rains within 5 days of the completion of your detail you have 48 hours to schedule a FREE Rain Check Wash (RCW).
  • Rain Check Wash includes a quick body wash on your vehicle excluding tires. Tires will be sprayed down with no Tire Shine.
  • Only 1 Rain Check per Detail, Rain Checks cannot be rescheduled. If you are a no show for your rain check wash it will count as your wash.

PLEASE THOROUGHLY REVIEW THESE “TERMS & CONDITIONS” AND SUBSEQUENT “PRIVACY POLICY” AND “CODE OF CONDUCT” AS ALL USE AND OR INTERACTIONS WITH 967GARAGE.COM OR OTHER ONLINE PLATFORMS, INTERACTIONS WITH EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES OF 967 GARAGE, AND USE OF SERVICES, ARE COVERED UNDER THE ABOVE-MENTIONED LEGAL DOCUMENTS.

Section 1 (Use of Services)

S1§1 Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any service, as 967 Garage LLC will not be held responsible for missing or damaged property.


S1§2 Service durations are not guaranteed. Times will vary depending on vehicle type, the severity of the damage, dirt, trash, & many other factors.


S1§3 To provide a quote, the following information is required; First & Last Name | Phone Number | Email Address | Vehicle(s) Year/ Make/ Model.


S1§4 Some issues may require services beyond those ordered. Refusing service recommendations will invalidate our service guarantee.


S1§5 If there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, we will refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost to you. (Any claims of incomplete or unsatisfactory work must be reported within 48 hours after service(s) have been rendered. After 48 hours, 967 Garage will not be held responsible for damages or incomplete work which are not, beyond a reasonable doubt, proven to be the fault of our technicians or other personnel covered under 967 Garage.)


S1§6 Prices are subject to change at any time. 967 Garage LLC will give at least a 24-hour advance notice when a price change exceeds $199. This notice may be in any of the following forms, email, text, social media post, website announcement, or other written forms. (All services are priced on a Per-Service basis rather than an hourly rate. This is done to ensure a level of consistency and quality provided to our clients.)


S1§7 Service quotes will vary based on factors such as vehicle size & vehicle condition. All quotes will expire two weeks (14 days) from the creation date. Any new quotes will be subject to current prices, fees, and terms & conditions at the time of creation. A quote MUST be accepted in order for your appointment to be confirmed and scheduled no less than 24hrs before the intended start time of your appointment. Failure to accept the quote may result in the cancelation of the subsequent service appointment. You may accept a quote by click the "Approve" button when view via email or any on the following WRITTEN forms, text, or email. Sign your name in the space provided, then click “Approve Estimate.”


S1§8 967 Garage LLC and its representatives may record interactions using one or more of the following methods, CELLULAR, VOICE, OR VIDEO RECORDING. ALL phone calls to and from 967 Garage are recorded. Please refer to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 803-42 to confirm the legality or consult with a legal professional.

Section 2 (Cancelation & Rescheduling)

S2§1 967 Garage LLC, reserves the right to alter or amend a reservation time/date without penalty but, wherever possible, will inform the client. 967 Garage LLC reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Service may also be terminated if a client or vehicle presents unsafe conditions to include, including failure to present requested documentation, hostile language and/or actions, suspicious behavior, or circumstances, or other out-of-the-norm activities. If service is terminated because of the client, “Terms & Conditions” Section 2§2 will apply.


S2§2 A 4-hour minimum advance notice must be given to cancel or reschedule any reservation/ detailing service. (Failure to provide a 4-hour minimum advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a minimum charge of 30% of the service cost or a $50 charge, whichever is greater. (Charge(s) may be waived if unforeseen circumstances are proven to have played a role)

Section 3 (Payment & Transactions)

S3§1 All payment(s) for service(s) must be paid in full prior to service. Refusal or failure to pay for service will result in immediate termination of service(s).


S3§2 All outstanding fees must be paid within 48 hours after the time of receiving the invoice. (Without a written agreement to extend the payment deadline, outstanding charges may be forwarded to a collections agency. Handwritten, email, or text are acceptable forms of communication to enter into an agreement.) 967 Garage will make 3 attempts to collect payment in the following forms, 1st emailed invoice, 2nd emailed invoice and phone call, and finally mailed invoice and phone call. After 3 failed attempts to collect a payment, any remaining debt will be forwarded to a collection agency. Any debt may result in a lean on said client’s vehicle. Please see (HI Rev Stat § 507-18)


S3§3 You give 967 Garage permission to process your Debit/Credit card using Thryv Payment. You give 967 Garage permission to hold a debit or credit card on file. (Card-specific details such as card number, security code, exasperation or other sensitive information are not visible or can be accessed after the card's initial entry. Please see our “Privacy Policy” Section 1§1.)


S3§4 When paying by any means EXCEPT CASH, the name provided, listed on the service invoice, MUST match the name on the form of payment, credit/ debit card, check, online money payments, etc. If a third party is making the payment, a form of government ID (US or CA-issued state or federal ID or employer/ employee ID) must be shown to ensure the payment form presented is being used by an individual who is the owner. Failure to provide ID will immediately terminate the scheduled service(s). Please see “Terms & Conditions” Section 2§1.

Section 4 (Special Fees & Circumstances)

S4§1 Local and state taxes will be applied at a combined rate of 4.712%. An additional flat fee of 3.5% will be applied when processing credit, debit, or other online transactions. All quotes and/ or invoices will automatically reflect the local and state tax in addition to the processing fee unless you, the client, notify us, 967 Garage, you wish to pay by cash. At this time, your quote and/ or final invoice will reflect the adjusted cost to not include the processing fee. (Prices online do not include any local and/or state taxes or other fees.)


S4§2 A minimum $25 service fee will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, sand, dirt/ mud, trash, or other NON-HAZARDOUS debris. This fee also applies to leftover personal items such as papers/ documents, bags, wires/ cables, loose change, and other items not intended to be thrown out.



S4§3 A minimum $50 service fee will be applied to all jobs involving urine/ feces, vomit, blood, rodents/ insects, foul odors, mold, chemical spills, or other HAZARDOUS materials. (Failure to disclose any known presence of the above-mentioned hazardous materials or other items considered to be hazardous prior to service may result in immediate termination of service. In the event of service termination, 967 Garage will retain 30% of the dollar amount for the position of services rendered, or whichever is greater. Please refer to Section 2.)


S4§4 All pickup/ drop-offs 5.1 miles & further will be billed at a rate of $15 per every 5 miles from the 967 Garage location to the client's specified pickup/ drop-off location. Opting for a pickup OR drop-off will be billed at a rate of $7.50 every 5 miles after the initial 5.1 free mileage.


S4§5 Written consent via text, email, or handwritten letter with signature and date or recorded verbal consent must be given for all unattended pickup and/or drop-offs of vehicles or personal belongings.
